Laikeside AI is a brand operated by Laikeside Ventures, a sole proprietorship based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. We build and manage "AI Front Desk" — a missed-call text-back and lead-capture system for local service businesses.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided to give you information about our services and to allow you to submit an inquiry. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form on this site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Free teardowns are based on the answers you provide and publicly available information about your business. They are informational, contain rough estimates only, and are not a guarantee of results or professional, legal or financial advice.

3. No Client Relationship From This Site Alone

Submitting a form or contacting us through this website does not, by itself, create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. A client relationship begins only once a signed Client Services Agreement and Service Order are in place between you and Laikeside Ventures.

4. Services for Clients

If you engage Laikeside Ventures as a client, the specific terms of that engagement — including scope, fees, infrastructure ownership, termination, refunds, and liability — are governed by your signed Client Services Agreement and Service Order, not by this website's Terms. Where this document and a signed Client Services Agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Laikeside Ventures unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. No Warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laikeside Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit or affect any liability terms set out separately in a signed Client Services Agreement.
